A letter from the Chief Executive Officer

Every year, I am excited to share the impact that Saban Community Clinic has had with our supporters. While it’s easy to get caught up in the magnitude of numbers, for me the most important measure of our work is the individual lives we touch. 

The day-to-day care we provide our patients makes an incredible difference for individuals, for families, and within our communities. Care is more than a service; it has a ripple effect. Every clinic visit, filled prescription, therapy session, or dental appointment makes a difference by inspiring that patient to play an active role in their own health. The everyday activities at Saban are truly empowering. 

In 2024, we were focused on day-to-day details — making sure all of the building blocks are in place to ensure lasting success. From the moments our providers spent talking to patients to better personalize their care, to our detailed plans for expansion, to the partnerships we nurtured, to all of the training we provided our staff, every action has been intentional. Because every eff ort we make to strengthen the care we provide helps us better serve our community and impact more lives. 

The strong foundation that we have built is the cornerstone for our plans for continued growth. Together, we are taking the steps to transform healthcare in Los Angeles. Each patient we serve brings us closer to that goal, but more importantly, it provides that individual the support they need to live their best life. And that is why we do this work with enthusiasm, passion, and true appreciation for our fellow human beings.

Los Angeles, CA – January 28, 2025 – Saban Community Clinic (SCC) is excited to announce the promotion of Dr. Noble to the role of Chief Medical Officer (CMO). A highly respected physician and leader in the medical community, Dr. Noble has been an invaluable part of SCC since joining the team in 2020. Her new role marks a significant step in SCC’s ongoing mission to provide outstanding, compassionate care to anyone who needs it, bringing SCC one step closer to achieving health equity and transforming lives in Los Angeles.

Dr. Noble, a graduate of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, began her medical career as an internal medicine resident at Cedars Sinai, where she further honed her expertise and passion for patient-centered care, even spending a year as a Resident at SCC. After completing a Clinical Fellowship, Dr. Noble became an instructor for the program, sharing her extensive knowledge with the next generation of physicians and now, oversees the medical residency program at SCC, a partnership with Cedars-Sinai.

Dr. Noble is a triple board-certified physician in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care medicine, with a wealth of experience in treating complex medical conditions. She has also overseen Saban Community Clinic’s pulmonology clinic where she and her team manage a wide range of respiratory system disorders and infections. As part of her new role, Dr. Noble will continue to oversee the clinic’s Specialty Care program, which provides essential access to specialty providers for patients in need.

In addition to her medical qualifications, Dr. Noble is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish, enabling her to connect with and serve a broad range of patients within the clinic’s diverse service area.
